1 year FTC, Maternity cover, based in Heanor, Support & Development, Admin - Customer Service. Your new company Working for a leader in their field this company, located in Heanor, is looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join their customer service team on a 12 month FTC Your new role This role will see you join a vibrant customer service team for 12 months. This is an exciting and varied role that offers the successful applicant a chance to have a diverse day to day schedule. Typical duties to be completed are as follows: To ensure all internal systems are used and maintained To be aware of the relevant KPI targets and ensure updates are regularly communicated Actively complete any campaigns and projects Regularly seek out and identify new campaign, commercial and promotional activity Develop resources Monitor sales performance Identify and Analyse trends and ensure appropriate action is taken to influence the improvement of this Develop internal technical training reference and material resources Identify areas for improvement and thorough root cause analysis Continuously develop your product knowledge and ensure you have awareness of new product launch Keep up-to-date with current and new regulations What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role you will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service as well as demonstrate a strong team work ethic. Your attention to detail and problem solving skills will be second to none and you will encompass a confident and positive attitude towards your work.
