Overview
We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic Support Analyst to join our Service Operations function based at our Friars House office in London . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a real passion for data, along with an analytical mind to start their career within a FTSE 50, market leading organisation. The role You’ll provide professional and effective technical and customer support to meet customer expectations, especially in terms of quality and timelines in line with departmental standards, procedures and guidelines. You will carry out technical troubleshooting steps to replicate and solve reported issues and develop an in-depth knowledge of the products and how they’re used by our customers. You will be responsible for escalating customer and product issues to the Product Development Professional Services and Data Production teams, whilst championing the delivery of excellent service to our client’s needs. You’ll manage and respond to all allocated customer cases in line with the Support Policy and internal targets, and consistently achieve individual and team KPI’s. You will be a stakeholder in certain project/scrum teams to give the support perspective and requirements; new solutions/product releases. Also, you’ll provide training to Support Analyst colleagues (2nd line). You’ll ensure that you adhere to security, risk and regulatory requirements such as FCA, GDPR regulations and continuously strive to improve your knowledge of Experian products and services. Could this be for you? We’re looking for an individual educated to a degree level (preferably in a STEM subject) with an understanding and knowledge of relational databases, SQL, Java, also an understanding of SOAP User Interface would be desirable. You’ll have previous experience in a customer facing environment, and be able to strive under pressure, multi-task, whilst demonstrating a serious drive to continuously improve. You’ll also have excellent focus on accuracy, with good attention to detail, and have some experience of data analysis. Why choose us?
