Overview

HR Advisor – Burgess Hill – Permanent– £30,000 to £35,000 per anum My client based in Burgess Hill is looking for an HR Advisor to join their busy team on a temporary basis Duties will include: Develop, review and update HR policies, procedures and contracts in accordance with changes in legislation and best practice Assisting with the co-ordination and delivery of the annual review processes Manage the on-boarding and off-boarding process Act as an advisor to management on staffing and employee relations, including absence Be the first point of contact for employee queries and communicate with employees at all levels of the business, external companies and HR teams. Develop and analyse management information reports and make appropriate recommendations to the HR Manager Assist with monthly payroll Contribute to the continuous improvement of the HR function Undertake any other reasonable ad hoc duties as and when required Personality traits: Either CIPD Qualified or HR experience required Strong organisation and prioritisation skills Commercially minded Ability to build strong rapport/relationships at all levels across the business Excellent attention to detail Proactive and methodical approach to work Excellent communication both written and oral If you are an enthusiastic and driven individual who is available immediately please apply online with an up to date CV.
