Statutory Compliance Solicitor

An excellent position has arisen for a solicitor to join a top 100 commercial law firm. This dynamic Bristol office works across health and social care, housing and local and central government throughout the UK and seeks a statutory compliance solicitor. You will be a driven solicitor with at least 2 years PQE and ideally you will have experience as a specialist health & safety /statutory compliance lawyer. You must have experience and interest in both advisory and enforcement/prosecution work. You will have the ability to work independently under limited supervision as well as working collaboratively as part of a team on health and safety and wider statutory compliance including fire/gas/water safety. Applications from solicitors who also have experience dealing with corporate compliance, environmental and waste regulation, trading standards, advertising and data protection would be advantageous.
