The Partners have decided that due to ongoing success, they wish to further their offering throughout the region and for this reason they are seeking client facing, business development excelling Senior Solicitors or Partners to join them in this exciting time. The Role The firm are seeking to hire a Residential Property Senior Solicitor or Partner to join their established team in London. They focus on providing the best legal advice to their clients, but without the legal jargon, meaning this firm attract work consistently. The volume of work regularly referred to them is a testament to their focus on client care and expanding reputation. You will join a busy Residential Property department that has an excellent reputation across London from building strong relationships with national agents and other referrers. Your caseload will be dependent upon your previous experience however, you are likely to work across: Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold Transfers of equity Re-mortgages Right to buy and new build properties. If you are an experienced and ambitious Senior Solicitor/ Senior Associate seeking a step up in terms of responsibility, or an experienced Partner seeking autonomy and the opportunity to work in a friendly, professional, expanding team - this is a great opportunity to join a leading London firm in this exciting period of growth.
