Overview
LAW Absolute is currently asissting a household brand within the tech/telecoms industry with their need for a commercial lawyer. Based in London, you will be assisting the team with commercial matters. This is a part-time opportunity (3 days) but is also available on a full-time basis. Candidates must be immediately available/on short notice. This is a 2-3 month opening. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and assist in the development of contract templates Provide advice on data privacy, compliance and some litigation Support on complex technology agreements such as licensing agreements Candidates should be able to work autonomously and be self-starters. Any German or French speaking skills would be an added bonus. Please note: the IR35 determination has not yet been made on this role.
