Position: Private Client Solicitor Salary: £35,000 - £70,000 Commensurate With Experience Benefits: 25 Days Annual Leave, A Discretionary Bonus, Free Parking, Health Insurance After A Qualifying Period. Hours: Full Time Description: This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with 3 - 10 years' post-qualified experience to join an expanding Private Client team in this leading legal firm as recognised by Chambers UK and the Legal 500. Responsibilities Include: Drafting Wills and advising on inheritance tax. Dealing with the Administration of Estates (including those subject to inheritance tax). Lasting Power of Attorney and their registration. Trust Work and Court of Protection applications. Our Client is looking for someone with the following attributes: Track record of private client work including high net worth individuals/estates. IT proficient. Able to demonstrate a flair for business development. Work well within a team as well as individually managing their own caseload.
