Transaction Analytics Senior Manager £80,000 - £90,000 per annum Central London I am currently partnering with a thriving division of a professional services firm specialising in the deployment of analytics on private equity transactions. They have built up a vast network of private equity clients, facilitating all-encompassing exposure to this market, helping clients through acquisition, divestments and fund raising. You will have the opportunity to handle these processes end-to-end and work on complex assignments; in this way, the role also facilitates the establishment on long term relationships with reputable PE houses directly. There is also the opportunity for travel, both within the UK and Internationally. The Role: Utilising data and analytics in due diligence and PE transactions Assessing a client’s financial performance and business projections, identifying opportunities, risks, sensitivities Providing clients with insight and working with clients directly on acquisitions, sales and divestments Offer a support culture to junior members of the team, assisting their development About You: Degree qualified in a financial discipline Big 4 working experience (preferred) Strong commercial or transaction experience in a relevant industry (including due diligence experience) Experience within Transaction Analysis Past experience of working in a transaction environment and a solid understanding of how analytics can bring value throughout the transaction life cycle Client facing experience from a professional services background Experience in VBA and SQL Proficiency in Tableau / Power BI and Alteryx This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89798547
