Overview
Central Employment are working with one of our key clients with the tech sector in the North East. They have a new and exciting role for a Data Analyst, joining their fast growing Product team, based in central Newcastle. Within the Data Analyst role other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Build necessary dashboards and reports to monitor any business KPI as required. Work closely with stakeholders across the business, including management, development, marketing, sales and operations. Alert relevant teams to both negative and positive movements in business KPIs. Lead all data projects whenever necessary across the business. Experience required: You will be a self-starter with proven B2C experience from a relevant sector, such as price comparison, e-commerce, fintech etc. You will be highly commercial and results focused and able to see the bigger picture in a multi-channel environment. Strong data analysis skills Excellent problem solving skills in order to investigate and rectify data issues Proven track record in analysing and interpreting large datasets using Excel Access and MicroStrategy Experience of MySQL databases Experience producing summaries of analytics Experience in identifying of data gaps and delivering managing solutions Experience in managing and prioritising the delivery of data quality improvement initiatives A high level of computer literacy Experience in using advanced level of Microsoft suite of programs e g Excel Access Word and PowerPoint This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89796516
