Prospero Integrated is currently seeking an experienced Senior Audio-Visual Technician to join a unique venue of London and support their commercial event work. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has experience working within a high-end environment and is strong both technically and in sales. Our Client Our client undertakes Conference and Events for external clients as well as internal departments and stakeholders by delivering excellent, pro-active, professional technical support for a wide range of meetings and events. The venue has two modern theatres with built-in AV technology and 18 other rooms hosting approx 1000 internal and 700 external events a year with AV requirements. The demand for responsive and effective support is increasing due to using technology more to engage, inform and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders. Based within our Conferences and Events directorate the Senior AV Technician will join a dedicated team, who provide technical support for all the events hosted Monday to Sunday and out of hours upon request on a shift pattern based on a 40-hour week. Key Responsibilities: Delivering high quality AV services for the entire “client journey” from pre-event communication to event delivery to post event services Providing organised and proactive support in the planning and preparation of commercial and high-profile internal events Having an in-depth knowledge of all AV equipment and services including installation, operation and maintenance. To create quotes and up sell services to clients when requested by AV Commercial Manager. To respond to service requests from Event execs, sales staff and the AV Operations Manager is a timely manner.
