An excellent opportunity for an individual from an Electronics design or development background looking to take the next step in a career in a world leading company who can offer you an exceptional training programme and the chance to progress into a senior position. Do you have a background in the design and development of Electronics products? Are you looking to step into a management position at a leading and expanding company? Established for over 40 years, this world leading company specialise in the design & manufacture of specialist safety systems for use in a wide variety of industries. They have developed an unrivalled reputation within their market and are the global leader within it. With recent investments and big plans for the future, they are now going through a period of rapid expansion. Due to this they are now looking for a Product Development Team Leader to join their expert team. In this role you will be tasked with heading up one of two Product Development teams. The role will be mainly focussed on the development of the company's core product range, with a heavy focus on Electronics. This will involve a variety of new product design and enhancing current products, whilst also managing junior and middleweight engineers. On top of this you will be provided specialist training on all of their products. This role would therefore suit an individual with an Electronics design or development background, who is looking to step into a management role at a leading and expanding company, where you will be play a key part in their future.
