Overview

Community Engagement Manager to lead, set and deliver a community engagement scheme for a leading firm in Northampton. This strategy is planned to cover many aspects including: Improving opportunities for the disadvantaged, improving the skills of local people, improving the employability of young people, diversity training, improving the local homelessness issue, health interventions with both staff & the community and making a positive contribution to improving the local environment and surrounding wildlife. Community Engagement Manager: Develop effective two-way relationships with stakeholders including: local charities, community groups, schools/ colleges/ universities, retailers, local authorities and services. Become the lead ambassador for our work and reputation within our community Budget management Organise, lead and manage events to build relationships and raise the firm's community profile Management of the firms spaces, ensuring a broad range of community uses that are in line with the firm's social values. Reporting and analysis of scheme Organise training for staff on helping vulnerable individuals and groups Set up, deliver, analyse & report on programmes including staff well being, volunteer days and random acts of kindness Set up and deliver a Green Travel Plan that minimises the staffs travel carbon footprint Maximisation of all community PR and social media opportunities Collating community engagement results and feedback and reporting monthly Identify and track relevant community KPI's Ideally you should have community engagement experience of at least two years Experience of small to medium scale event management.
