Our main site is based in Hartwell, Northampton but we also have services based in Duston, Weston Favell and Hunsbury. We are looking for Community Support Workers to work in Duston, Weston Favell and Hunsbury and for Rehabilitation Support Workers to work in Hartwell. Posts are full and part time and will include a variety of days, nights and twilights. Successful applicants will be responsible for maintaining and delivering a high standard of holistic care. They will implement and effectively assist in the day-to-day running of all prescribed resident care packages and assist in meeting all basic care needs. Applicants must be motivated and enthusiastic with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Successful applicants will receive a comprehensive induction and training specific to their role.
