Support Technician, Support, TSQL, Testing, Redditch, Worcestershire to £20K A leading ecommerce are requiring a Support & Testing Technician to join their expanding technology team. The Support and Testing Technician will be covering all bespoke in house applications and reporting duties. Main Duties · Handling tickets that come into the bespoke system or taking calls to support. · Creating Reports, Using the data query language T-SQL you will create stored procedures · Testing new development or bug fixes before going live. · Producing Documentation (training manuals, release and support · Providing Training Qualities Required Essential 1)Familiar with the use of Windows PC, MS Office and Mozilla Firefox. 2)An understanding of how websites function. 3)An appreciation for computer networking. 4)Strong written and verbal communication skills. 5)Methodical, well organised and analytically minded. 6)Desire to learn and improve one’s own knowledge and understanding.
