Excellent opportunity for a residential paralegal to join a reputable regional practice with a busy residential property caseload and the chance to progress within the team Due to an increase of work, our client is looking for a residential property paralegal to work on a varied residential property caseload. There will be lots of support from the wider team, a mixture of work on sales, purchases for freehold and leasehold properties. You will also work on newbuild purchases, re-mortgages and stair casing. As the successful residential property paralegal, you will have a law degree. The LPC or a Cilex qualification would be preferential but not a deal breaker. You will have worked in a residential property team previously and understand the residential conveyancing process. You will also be able to show ambition and the desire to learn aswell as being commercially minded. In exchange, my client will be offering a good market salary (DOE).
