RESIDENTIAL CHILDREN'S HOME - Registered Manager Do you have a passion for helping others and want to make a difference to the lives of vulnerable children? If so, then we need you. Building on the success of Carbrey Care's GOOD children's home, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as we begin the next phase of development and expansion. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Registered Manager to join our team and take lead responsibility for the running of one of our children's home. You will ensure that quality and safety are always paramount and in-line with the Company's and regulatory expectations. You will provide leadership, support and direction for the care team. You will be able to work with external agencies, professionals and other stakeholders demonstrating professionalism and acting as a role model for the Company. You will also be adept at establishing new and outward facing relationships as we drive our business and growth ambitions forward. You will be outcomes focused, flexible and have an unswerving passion for providing the very best for the young people in our care. The successful applicant will need to be registered with Ofsted as well as having a breadth of experience in the care sector and in managing teams. A Level 5 Diploma/DipSW qualifications or equivalent are essential. Due to the nature of the role a full driving licence is required. The ideal candidate will already have a proven track record of running residential services; however, for the right candidate this may the first opportunity to develop your career in this direction. This Registered Manager position is based in Gloucester and we are offering a competitive salary of up to 40,000/year dependent on experience.
