Development Solicitor, London, 5 years' PQE. An exciting opportunity to join this highly-established law firm. £65 - £75K benefits. JOB TITLE: Development Solicitor PQE: 5 LOCATION London SALARY: £65 - £75K DOE THE ROLE: This highly established law firm is looking for a Development Solicitor with 5 years' PQE to join their busy national housing team undertaking a wide range of high quality and complex development work primarily for their housing association clients alongside the planning and construction team. THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will be ambitious, dynamic and be commercially minded who can work closely with clients to undertake a wide range of high quality and complex work. You will have responsibility for your own caseload as well as working closely with the Partners and Solicitors of the housing team and being pro-active in growing the business. The ideal Development Solicitor will be able to demonstrate experience of previous development projects, excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as organisational and time management skills.
