Interim Legal Counsel
Overview
My client is a well-known investment bank who is looking to hire an interim Legal Counsel for their London based offices for a period of c. 10-12 months. The purpose of the role is to provide effective legal support in the implementation of regulatory change in the FX and Capital Markets business. Responsibilities: Provide advice on legislation and new regulation. Negotiate documents to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure understanding of the Bank’s regulatory and contractual obligations. The ideal candidate will have previous banking experience and a working knowledge of trading, derivatives, FX and regulatory issues.
