Overview
Our client is a small, but successful regional firm based in the Nottingham area. You would be joining an experienced team who deal with all aspects of commercial property with regards to both businesses and individuals. On offer would be a client base of mixed value, some small-medium sized businesses, owner managed businesses and some high net worth individuals. There is an opportunity for someone coming in at ideally 1-3 years' PQE, where you will benefit from working alongside 2 technically strong, well-connected partners in the team. Your caseload will include: Commercial property acquisitions and disposals Landlord and tenant work Leasehold and freehold residential development work Lease extensions Commercial lease renewals. You will need good academics and have been trained at a law firm where you took on some responsibility and cut your teeth with clients. Applications from relocators will be considered, although, you should b able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Nottingham area.
