A long standing commercial partner will be moving on in the new year and there is a unique chance to inherit a caseload which traditionally bills £250,000 per annum on a full-time basis. Given the nature of the caseload and the fact the succession is to replace a partner, applications are invited from qualified solicitors or legal executives with upwards of 3 years' PQE as they will need to be able to hit the ground running. The firm has a loyal client base, nurtured over many decades. Typically, there is a variety of matters coming into the firm including commercial property sales, purchases and leases, some residential matters, sales and purchases of flats, new build homes, help to buy, transfers of equity and much more. A lot of the clients are local or regional and the firm also has a presence for commercial with clients who have passed work their way. This is usually a mix of lower and mid-value work.
