An outstanding Leicester based commercial law firm is growing its Corporate Commercial team and looking to recruit a senior level corporate commercial solicitor to join them. Partnership opportunities can be offered for the right level candidate. The firm has a fantastic reputation in the market and is ranked top tier for their corporate commercial offering. They have an outstanding client base of both local and national clients including owner-managed businesses, SME's and larger corporates, including household names. The Corporate Commercial Solicitor will manage their caseload, advising clients on M&A activity, management transactions, business restructuring, commercial contracts, agreements and finance matters, as well as participate in the marketing and business development of the department. The successful candidate will have at least 6 years' PQE gained at a strong commercial law firm. Those with a client following would be of particular interest but it is not essential as there is plenty of work already to pick up on.
