A leading international law firm is looking to recruit an insurance fraud/property fraud solicitor to join their highly regarded Property Liability Department in Manchester. Your role will be to defend suspected fraudulent or exaggerated fast and multi-track property insurance matters on behalf of insurers, contractors, construction professionals, manufacturers and distributors. You must be a qualified insurance fraud solicitor or legal executive with 3 years' PQE within a defendant insurance firm handling similar property-related disputes, product liability and insurance coverage disputes. Counter fraud experience would be highly desirable.
