The role This legal 500 firm are seeking to hire a Senior Residential Property Solicitor into their flourishing Hampstead, London office. The conveyancing department deals with an excellent quality of work, quite often for HNW individuals and investors dealing with high value properties. You will work with a close-knit team, the team are friendly, supportive and professional. You will be the most senior fee earner in the conveyancing department, they are currently busy. You will have the autonomy to make the role your own, but equally will have good support from the other Partners within the firm. This role comes with excellent prospects for progression, including head of department and partner prospects. The caseload will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity and lease extensions. Requirements You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE) A meticulous eye for detail is essential Experience of leading and mentoring more junior members of a team is to advantage but is not essential Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your background and level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package This is a stand-out opportunity for a Senior Residential Property Solicitor to join this legal 500 ranked firm, based in the picturesque location of Hampstead, London.
