Commercial Litigation Solicitor Manchester £35,000 - £45,000 per annum A highly regarded national law firm is currently seeking a Commercial Litigator (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive) to join its highly successful and expanding team in Manchester. Offered on a full-time, permanent basis, this is potentially a re-train opportunity, but exposure to multi-track matters is essential. Your New Role The Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be advising on: Both Claimant and Defendant matters Multi Track subrogated property damage claims resulting from various perils (including fire, water, explosions and collisions) Product liability and policy coverage matters About You Applications are sought from Solicitors and Legal Executives who demonstrate: Experience of handling or assisting on Multi Track matters Desire to retrain or already experienced in commercial litigation PQE level is flexible Benefits You will be joining a forward thinking and market leading law firm that is recommended in the Legal 500.
