Corporate & Commercial Solicitor 1-4 PQE York This regional practice with offices in Yorkshire is seeking a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor to join their established team in York. Our client is Legal 500 recognised firm who provide high quality advice to businesses, families and individuals. The role will include: Leading and assisting with merges and acquisitions, both share and asset based Joint venture and private equity investment Corporate governance Partnerships Commercial agreements and Intellectual Property Group restructuring Commercial lending You: Will have between 1-4 years' PQE Have experience in dealing with a range of Corporate/Commercial work Ideally have experience in business development and marketing There is an existing client caseload including sole trader, SME regional businesses, national companies which will be covering a broad range of sectors.
