In-House Commercial Lawyer | Birmingham |Competitive Salary A leading multinational consultancy is seeking to appoint their first In-House Counsel to their Birmingham based office. This is a full time, permanent position. Your New Role In this In-House Counsel role, you will be required to assist the business in all legal matters, providing the delivery of high-quality legal advice in relation to all relevant issues. You will be providing advice to reduce risk and to ensure compliance with all of the company's policies and procedures and relevant legislation and regulation. About You The successful Legal Counsel will possess: Up to 5 years’ PQE as a UK qualified Commercial Solicitor A private practice or in-house background Good knowledge and understanding of corporate law and its proceedings Excellent relationship building skills On Offer For this Commercial Legal Counsel role, there is a highly competitive salary and benefits package on offer.
