Senior Commercial Lawyer
Overview
We are currently working with a number of construction clients who are actively seeking experienced and competent, senior commercial lawyers to assist with all legal matters relating to their UK property portfolio, with a particular emphasis on both non-contentious and contentious construction matters. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE and be responsible for dealing with a broad range of commercial work including drafting, reviewing and negotiating development contracts, building contracts and collateral warranties. They will also have prior procurement experience and be familiar with construction tendering processes.
