Residential Property Solicitor Kent £45,000 - £55,000 Residential Property Solicitor - Our clients, a long established, multi office Kent firm with roots dating back to the 1800’s are now looking for a further residential property solicitor to join their property team at their East Kent offices. About the Role They are now looking for a solicitor with 3-5 years residential property experience, managing a busy caseload of: - Sales and Purchases of freehold and leasehold properties - Re-mortgages - Extending or altering leases - Rights to buy freehold - Tenancy agreements Candidate Requirements You will need to show a solid understanding of property transactions whilst providing technical and practical advice to clients.
