Overview
An experienced private client solicitor is sought for a very long established high street firm based in Penrith. You will be joining a firm that is well known in the area having been established for over 150 years. The firm has over 40 staff (5 of which are based in the Private Client team). Your role will be to manage your own caseload of a broad mix of matters including wills, probate, trusts, Court of Protection and LPAs, experience in tax/IHT would be a distinct advantage. You will likely be a qualified private client solicitor (or legal executive) with a few years experience, and you will be used to managing your own files with little supervision.
