A well regarded Legal 200 law firm with several offices across the nation is looking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated residential conveyancer to join the branch in Manchester. The firm is an accredited member of the Law Society's CQS and you will be joining a well established and constantly growing Conveyancing Department. Working closely with the award-winning team within which you will be responsible for your own caseload of a mix of residential property matters, from initial instruction through to completion, including sale, purchase, remortgage and other associated matters for both freehold and leasehold properties. You must be an experienced residential conveyancing fee earner with a proven track record in handling your own caseload of all aspects of residential property matters. You will be both pro-active and client focused and will be able to ensure strong service delivery to exchange and completion.
