Land Buyer - Residential Housing North West- Greater Manchester £28,000 - £35,000 Company Car or Car Allowance and Benfits. This is a progressive role into Assistant Land Manager. Howells Recruitment are recruiting a Land Buyer/Assistant Land Manager for an established and respected developer based in the North West Region. The ideal candidate will be sourcing land through out the North West. Assistant Land Manager Duties Identification of potential development opportunities Managing the acquisition of sites, and directly manage several acquisitions from identification, diligence, offer, contract, purchase, planning, through to pre-start on the sites acquired. Monitor the Division's land database including site registration, development plans and offers submitted. Maintain and expand the Division's key contact base, e.g. land agents, land owners. Assist the Land Manager and Development Director on major projects and with other relevant duties as required. Experience working as an Assistant Land Manager or Land Buyer is essential for this role, the ideal candidate will have: Experience working as a Land Manager or Land Buyer Ideally qualified to degree standard in a relevant subject Ideally local knowledge and experience Team player/ motivator Ambitious and highly driven Excellent communication skills Excellent negotiator Assistant Land Manager Benefits You will be working for a modern, forward thinking business; that believes the strengths, skills and personalities of their people are the key to the groups success.
