Overview
Senior Change Management Lead requiredby our client, an international organisation, currently implementing a global finance transformation programme. This role will provide Change Management leadership for this Finance transformation programme, leading the people & talent workstream in support of the delivery of the overall finance programme change portfolio. The role-holder will be accountable for the coordinated delivery of the change management activities across the global finance community that will contribute to the successful delivery of the programme, leading change management, communications and L&D across all finance workstreams. Based at our clients prestigious offices in London the role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a multicultural environment. They are offering a salary up to £65K bonus & exceptional benefits including attractive pension scheme (employer contributions up to 22%) and 32 days holiday plus bank holidays based on an initial 18 month FTC. Senior Change Management Lead - Key skills and experience:- Strong experience in mobilising and delivering large scale organisational and behavioral change on a Transformation programme. Consultancy, facilitation and L&D experience in an international and multi-cultural setting. Excellent communication and relationship building skills. Strong impact and presentation skills. Demonstrable understanding of the impact and management of organisational changes Change programme management knowledge or experience Flexibility, independence and initiative to perform successfully in a rapidly changing environment This role will work closely with the CFO and the Global Senior Finance Leadership team to ensure that specified outputs do support the delivery of the programme and that these are embedded into the wider Business as Usual (BAU) environment. Senior Change Management Lead - Accountablities:- The role will be responsible for bringing about global process and system change that is aligned to and driven by incremental global process change. This will require close working with the CFO, finance transformation workstreams and the global finance senior leadership team. You will be required to build skills and capability across the global finance community - making them strategic business partners, and driving financial excellence.
