Overview
IT Operations Manager I am currently looking for a technically minded IT Operations Manager for an exciting start up based in Liverpool. The company is currently going through an exciting period of growth and is looking for someone to come in and form part of a dynamic team and will be responsible for the operations of the company's main product. You ideally will be a problem solver who has a proven track record of managing IT operating systems using cloud-based platforms. Key Responsibilities: Technical Implementation and support of IT Infrastructure. Design and implementation of services, strategy and processes including incident, problem, service level and supplier management. Providing 2nd and 3rd line support for clients using their cloud-based operation platform. Providing network reports. Overseeing internal IT systems including company emails and servers Working in coalition with R&D & innovation team on new technologies. Skills: ITIL Experience using salesforce CRM systems Customer support / service desk management IT Infrastructure The ideal candidate for the role will have previous experience of working within a similar role ideally within telecommunications, renewables/utilities. You will need strong management skills to be able to drive projects forward.
