Your role as a Registered Nurse will require you to deliver clinical excellence in General nursing and residential care; working to gold standard frameworks; with an innovative manager in place who ensures higher than average staff nurse to patient ratio's As a Registered Nurse working on nights you will supported by at least 1 other nurse and 4 carers on shift, day nurses here are supported by 2 further nursing staff.
