Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified electrician to join a long established electrical contractor based in Paddock Wood, who specialise in electrical works primarily within the licenced leisure industry from maintenance to refurbishments, works include, electrical, fire alarms, data, music and CCTV, The Qualified Electrician will be responsible for: Installation and maintenance in London and the South East. Future mentor to our growing team of Apprentice Work in a safe manner following the Company H&S policies Work on their own initiative as well as part of a team Manage small projects from inception through to completion Assist in site wide tasks as part of a team Report to Contracts manager ongoing site problems Be proactive whilst around site and report / remedy faults The ideal candidate will possess: Qualified Electrician Ability to carry out tasks without close supervision Good verbal communication skills and written English Good organisational and planning skills Be presentable and punctual Ability to identify, prioritise and deal with issues Be flexible as the hours can vary and will include being on call as part of a rota Full driving licence ECS/JIB card required Reasons to work for this business We are offering continuous work Excellent rates of pay guided by the JIB, including standard JIB benefits Uniform, new vehicle and company phone.
