Overview
Our exclusive client, based in Blackburn, is currently looking for an experienced Assistant Accountant/Analyst to join their team. This is a new role due to expansion within the company. The duties of the role include: Supporting the Management Accountant with daily, weekly and monthly reporting Preparing daily, weekly and monthly sales information for the Sales Manager and his team Variance analysis on products Investigating and reporting on costings Raising manual sales invoices where necessary Producing reports for the board to show costings The ideal candidate will be naturally methodical in their approach to work. They will either be qualified AAT and looking to start their CIMA or be part qualified CIMA. They need to have an analytical mind and will need to be a strong Excel user.
