Overview
Service Delivery Manager To £35000 Norwich The successful candidate will be accountable for all aspects of service delivery in a specific setting or locality, ensuring that your team provides excellent support, care and housing management as required. Through your leadership, your team will deliver excellent quality services to customers. You will be responsible for the management of a budget, ensuring that your take responsibility for ensuring that the service meets and exceeds where possible, its financial targets. Main Duties Ensuring all customers experiences is excellent, personalised and responsive Supporting people with complex needs Supporting customers to make positive moves to new homes where appropriate Supporting your team and intervene where appropriate to address anti-social or nuisancebehaviour complaints Ensure your service meeting KPIs set out in your reviews, ensuring the service is financially viable and achieves excellent internal/external inspection results at all times Lead and manage a high performing and professional team Essential Skills Previous experience of delivering housing,care and/or support services Deploying and supervising others to deliver front line services Work with multiple groups/agencies Must be able to demonstrate a knowledge of social housing management procedures and housing law A leadership or management qualification/NVQ Level 5 in social care or similar
