Overview
Senior Legal Counsel sought by highly entrepreneurial, rapidly growing, market leading data analytics / AdTech marketing client in central London. The Senior Legal Counsel will primarily focus on drafting and negotiating a range of complex Digital and AdTech contracts (alongside the associated Data Privacy / Data Protection elements of this) with the balancing time covering a wide variety of other legal issues as would crop up in any smaller, growing enterprise. Appropriate applicants will therefore be qualified Solicitors with demonstrable experience of working on digital contracts and marketing/advertising transactions. Additional exposure to other general commercial &/or technology agreements and data privacy would be advantageous but the client is equally happy to consider individuals making their first move our of a Practice / Law Firm environment alongside those already in another in-house environment.
