Overview
A well regarded Investment Banking organisation is currently looking for a Regulatory Compensation (VP) professional to join the team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of, the Regs VP will be responsible for remuneration regulation across Europe from both a policy and reporting perspective. The business are looking for an articulate individual with excellent attention to detail and extensive knowledge of UK and EU regulations from either in house, consultancy or legal.
