URGENT Job Title: L&D Specialist Contract: 6 month FTC Are you an L&D Specialist looking for your next interim opportunity? Well-versed in TNA, Management training, E-Learning and inductions? Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a fantastic business in the Derbyshire area, on their search for a L&D Specialist for a period of 6 months, to cover maternity leave. We are looking for someone who can come in and look at TNA, source different bespoke methods of learning that work for the business. The business are trying to move away from intensive training programmes and focus more on flexible, accessible training that be completed online or in small workshops. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their L&D skills and add value into the business, who can develop online learning platforms and transfer face to face learning into online content. The business are completely flexible with this role, they can offer part time or full time hours and also offer remote working. You will be joining a well-established team but will have full autonomy in your role. You will need to come into the business, hit the ground running and add value across the function in a short space of time.
