Are you an experienced HRBP that is either immediately available or soon to be? Please get in touch as I am working on a number of opportunities with the view to start at the beginning of April. Client Details My client is a central London based Government Arm's Length body looking for a confident, strategic business partner on an initial 3-6 month cover, with a likely extension. Description - Business Partner to senior stakeholders - Advise on workforce planning matters to future proof the organisation - Organisational Development - Support Assistant Business Partners with complex ER matters - Work collaboratively with other Business Partners to align best practice Profile - Be immediately available or soon to be - Have experience working within Public Sector organisations - Ideally, have experience as a Business Partner in the Public Sector - Use own experience to contribute to wider organisation's strategy in 2020/21 - Ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team Job Offer An opportunity to work for an interesting Arm's Length Body reporting into a Central Government organisation.
