£26-30,000 North West London Excellent Training & Support Experienced Property Manager is needed for an expanding Property Management division of this successful Residential Estate Agency in North West London. Must have a Property Management background who can deal with Tenants, Landlords, Management and Maintenance. Someone to be responsible for their own established portfolio and be able to maintain only the highest standard with excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills to organise, handle, manage and coordinate contractors, someone who can use their own initiative in a confident and professional way making their own decisions independently and as part of a team. A accounts Lettings background with strong administrative and compliance skills also needed. The Successful person must be a team player with a flexible attitude who is very efficient and have an excellent eye for detail to support a constantly growing and expanding Lettings, Property Management and Maintenance division.
