Overview
Payroll Manager Role - sole charge position - close to Nottingham City Centre. Paying up to £31,500 Your new company A leading organisation based close to Nottingham City Centre, are looking to recruit a Payroll Manager on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking organisation who offer continuous support and on the job training. Your new role In this role you will be working on a sole-charge basis, reporting to the HR Director and looking after 15 entities for the business. Responsibilities will include: Overseeing the end to end processing of the payroll Resolve any issues and discrepancies Drive process improvement and implement more efficient practices where appropriate Oversee all payroll processes such as new starters, leavers, holiday, change in hours or salary Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures National minimum wage reviews and managing P11Ds Ensure a high degree of accuracy at all times Ensuring pensions are processed accurately Be the go to contact for all payroll related queries What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a payroll function, ideally leading a team or an a sole-charge basis where they have independently managed the payroll operations. CIPP qualification or equivalent is also desirable. What you'll get in return This role offers a competitive salary of up to £31,500 dependent on experience, with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
