Senior Ruby-on-Rails Developer / Team Lead (Up to £95K) Excellent opportunity for a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join a forward-thinking, award winning startup in the heart of the City. The company are a fast growing health-tech company who make mobile apps that change the way the medical industry works. Key Technical Skills: - Strong Ruby-on-Rails Experience (ideally 5-10 years) - PostgreSQL - Git - Mobile experience (Androind / iOS) Beneficial Technical Skills: - Familiarity with Sinatra / Grape - Exposure to AWS environments Further to the above, you will also ideally have experience of working in a start-up environment previously or, alternatively, will be familiar working in small technology teams or will have previously scaled up small technology teams. A key responsibility will be mentoriong and training the development team as the company grows, so any prior experience in this will also be beneficial.
