Overview

Project Coordinator - Construction The role: Managing construction based projects and associated activities from sale through to installation and delivery. You will have project ownership for up to £500k's construction projects. Amazing opportunity to elevate your career Duties: Hosting site meetings Liaising with Site Managers to obtain regular updates to ensure the smooth running of the project Coordination with all suppliers and procurment coordinator for project based materials and equipment. Work closely with the manufacturing coordinator on production schedules Communicate verbally and in writing with all customers and construction sites - reviewing sites to ensure the readiness for installation Input into installation schedules - ensure you have a thorough understanding of the resources available to achieve customer and business requirements Liaise with the design and technical team regarding drawings and technical paperwork Liaise with the sales team to extract project information and coordinate pricing variations Support the project office admin team to create and book in purchase orders using Sage Ideal experience: Basic CAD viewing Construction industry experience Sage Microsoft Word/Excel and Access This role is available immediately.
