Project Accountant - £55,000 - £60,000 Per Annum Benefits - Permanent - Warrington I am currently partnering with a leading global professional services company seeking a Project Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis. The company has recently undergone a considerable amount of growth and are seeking a commercially minded accountant with experience dealing with senior stakeholders. Project Accountant Key Responsibilities: Required to establish the process for accounting for the joint venture delivering a long-term project. Preparation and issuance of Application for Payments and Invoices. Providing analysis and reporting through to the Chief Financial Officer. Preparation of financial accounts and forecasting information. Preparation of monthly management accounts, commentaries and supporting analysis. Preparation & support of Budgeting & Forecasting for the relevant areas of the business. Accurate and timely delivery of management reporting. Financial Modelling where necessary to help support decision making. Project Accountant Key Skills: Have an accounting qualification covering either ACA, ACCA or CIMA. Proven ability with the use of Excel in manipulation of data, analysis of data and be able to exchange data between systems. Proven ability with all forms of accounting principles and demonstrated ability to be accurate and precise. Ability to work independently, keeping management adequately informed.
