Graduate Recruitment Consultant Location - London Salary - £23,000 & uncapped commission £40,000 1st year earnings The Role: We are looking to add to our clients London team with ambitious, energetic and high-calibre Graduates for their summer intake In addition to their extensive classroom based training programme, you will be learning on the job, shadowing Consultants, Managers & Directors to learn the exact skills required to make you a top performer in recruitment. Key sectors: Private Equity Business Change and Supply Chain Technology and Cyber Security Construction and Civil Engineering Real Estate and Built Environment Responsibilities: · Meeting with clients virtually and person to determine the specific needs of their business. · Headhunting candidates · Travelling both nationally and internationally to meet clients and candidates. · Advising clients on the market and hiring strategy · Interviewing and networking with high level executive candidates. Significant support will be provided by the Managing Partners of the business. Rewards & Incentives; They have a market leading commission scheme, paying up to 40% of each fee in commission to top performing consultants. They also run numerous monthly, quarterly and yearly incentive schemes throughout the year. Recent incentives have included Michelin Star Dinners, weekend breaks, Go-Karting, Paintballing, a weekend in Barcelona, a weekend in Ibiza and even shares. You will be afforded to opportunity for substantial international travel. Given they are a global firm, you are expected to meet your clients face to face wherever they are. This year their consultants have travelled to, Dallas, West Africa, New York, Cannes, Paris & Las Vegas on business.
