Job Title: Purchasing Assistant Salary: Competitive Location: Milton Keynes My client is looking for a Purchasing Assistant to join their operations team based at their global head office in Milton Keynes. Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you will provide administrative support within a small purchasing team. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Raising and progress chasing purchase orders. Building relationships with existing Supply Chain. Creating Bill of Materials using the ERP system. Tracking suppliers KPIs. Liaising with the sales team regarding quotes. Ordering office stationery and supplies. The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience of working within a purchasing administration role. Strong administration skills and attention to detail. Excellent diplomatic communication skills. Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment.
