Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Purchasing Representative, for a well-established HVAC company based in Hull. From mobile units to full comfort cooling designs, they design, supply, install, commission, service and maintain the full range of equipment. The purchasing representative role includes; * Liaising with Engineers to understand existing client's requirement * Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, continuously working to secure the necessary components as cost effectively and efficiently as possible * Produce HVAC and refrigeration remedial quotes for existing clients, whilst making recommendations for equipment improvements following malfunctions * Considering the needs of the remedial work, schedule the appropriate resource at the client's earliest convenience * Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, providing technical advice and support when necessary To be successful in the purchasing representative role you will need; * Previous experience in a purchasing role, ideally you will have also worked in the HVAC/ refrigeration industry * An organised and logical thinker, you will be able to juggle various clients needs at once * Great time management, you will be able to prioritise and relish problem solving * IT proficient What you will get; * A competitive salary of up to £25,000 * 20 days holiday plus bank holidays * Pension scheme * Excellent training opportunities If you have previous experience in a purchasing role and think this would be perfect for you then please apply accordingly.
