Overview
We are an International company, established for over 20 years working in the software and technology sector. We are seeking a temporary Receptionist to cover an interim period. In return you will be paid up to £10p/h plus holiday accrual and free parking. Working for a fast paced, corporate market leader the role is front of house/reception and administration support. Our offices are modern and friendly. The duties for the Reception role will involve: • Answering all in coming calls, assisting with any queries where possible, transferring calls or taking messages. • Dealing with deliveries on a day to day basis, signing for packages and preparing them for collection. • Franking of the daily post • Signing all visitors in and out of the building. • Checking the meeting room, making sure it's clean and tidy for meetings • Issuing Temp badges. • Reporting any issues to the landlord. E.G. Problems with heating & A/C. • Managing taxi requests. To be successful for the opportunity you will ideally have some previous experience in a Reception and or Front of House role within an office environment or business service centre. You will ideally have had switchboard experience, but this is not essential Please email your CV to
